Frying Pan Park is a really cute little place that is FREE! It is part of the park service. It is really kid friendly and there are a lot of barn animals to look at. There are also a lot of horses around. Many people go here to use their horse facilities.
I know that they charge $3 for a wagon ride (ages 2 and up)...bring some cash. They have some shaded picnic areas behind the horse center.

Woody's is well-known in the Northern Virginia area for providing all you need in a driving range. Grass tees, turf tees, covered tees, tees with heaters in the winter...you name it, they've got it. They also have areas to practice your wedge work. You're not driving balls into empty fields either. Targets are set up, and light up when hit. The pro shop has a variety of golfing products and refreshments, and professional instruction is available as well. In addition to the driving range, Woody's has batting cages and beach volleyball, as well as an excellent miniature golf course. With a jungle theme, this miniature golf course has props from Hollywood movie sets, and includes rattling boxes, crocs, snakes, and even spitting poisonous frogs. Fun for everyone!

Nothing here to wow you, but most anything you would need. They say they guarantee the lowest prices in the area, but they are a run-of-the-mill kind of shop. They had a decent selection and I was not surprised by their prices one way or the other. The service was fine....nothing bad, nothing partiularly noteworthy. Decent selection and good bike brands. Have no idea if service is any good or not, I just went to buy products,
