To start the Sales Rep., did not input all the request we asked for, therefore making us pay extra for a Change Order! Their slogan, we build the home the way you want it! Bull corn, when building starts, it's the way they and their engineer wants! We hired our own Inspector and the outcome to fix things he found over seeded our Inspector and only what their Inspector found wrong was fixed! The Superintendent, well, really and definitely, does not his business! He gets upset and takes things personal when you asked questions! He never keeps you with his updates and never knows when the different workers are coming out! In their 90 years of building Homes, they have lost a lot of quality work on the way! Once you sign the contract, your ass is theirs! Regardless of the house is built, their way, you are stuck with what they build! We waited 10 long years for our Dream House and got whatever they want to build! We should have looked up reviews before we started, signed with them. People, please be aware of their slogans and do more research before signing and getting into any type of contract. To top it all off, Tison does not keep their word about having their own workers. Whoever they can find to work, they will hire, they don't have their workers as they say in the beginning! Very dissatisfied, upset and let down. Nothing more to say but please, please, do not build with Tilson Homes.
