Review content:
It was difficult to get a person to come out to us from Scott Hale Plumbing, Heating & Air. They told us they would be there on Friday and it didn't happen for an entire extra week.
Another thing was they almost left without checking to see if something worked properly, Luckily we found the mistake but it took one of us to point it out.
Finally after 3 weeks from the original phone call and once they had all the parts in they needed to fix our toilets everything was fine, they did well. It was just that initial period we got frustrated with.
