Review content:
Since Action Spine & Joint started my back procedure and working on it, my back has just gotten better and better and better--and I do just about anything I want to do now. I've had back trouble for probably 40 years. I have two bulging disks and have always had to be a little easy with some of the work I do on my property. I've been going to them for six to eight months and it has varied how often. When they did the back procedure where they stretch your back on the table for 15 minutes, that was done twice weekly. I cut down to weekly, and now I'm once a month. As far as my favorite, I like the roller machine that rolls up and down the back while you lay on it. Everything is fine, and I'm a very hard worker who really does overwork my back--I always have and still do, just now I don't have the pain.
