Review content:
Corona Pep Boys store needs some help with customer service. They have a lame sense of urgency and do not care whether customers are happy or not, just that they can do what they want. My first two visits to this location was fine, but after I went there just two other times, the service went down hill fast. I did find that when John the manager was there service was up to par. If he was not there, they did whatever they wanted to do regardless of how many or how concerned the customers were to have help given to them in the form of getting their cars serviced.\r John should not have to be there for service to be great, it should be great all of the time, unless of course PepBoys has all of the money and customers they want at this time. If that is the case, that may be why they treat customers poorly when John is not there.
