I made an appointment with Mat to come out on 3-29-2015 to order parts for the French door I bought from them and one I did not. He came out and adjusted the French door and said he would order the parts. I left 5 voice messages for him to call me and he never return my calls. Three weeks later I called the office and the young lady put me on hold. She came back and said the paperwork was on his desk and he was working on it. Finally, 45 days later I caught him at the office. He told me he was too busy and knew I was busy and he just did not have the time to get the parts. I'm trying to sell my home. Now I have to start all over again. I own my own business and work with other business daily. I have never experienced this type of attitude from anyone dealing with the public. And I bought it from them!
