We first went to the used car lot but no one helped us. So we decided to go to the new car lot and I want to say Veronica was awesome! She went up and beyond to help us. Our only problem was with the patriots fan in the financial department. He was not nice at all. So we requested for someone else and that guy was awesome. Our loyalty is with Veronica not Ford. She is beyond great. \r
