Review content:
Last year (2012), Harris replaced 3 windows in the living room of our 16 yr old house, a center picture window and 2 side double hung windows. After hassling with 2 other companies because of the Dryvit exterior, Harris took on the project and performed it perfectly. We were very satisfied. This year (2013) we needed 3 more windows replaced; in all cases this year and last, the dual pane windows had lost their seals plus were letting cold drafts in. The latest job Harris did was for our English style basement and consisted of 3 two-window sliders. In all cases, we selected Marvin windows to replace the failing Hurd windows and are extremely pleased, both with the look, the finish, and the performance that has stopped the winter draft. For 2015, we plan to continue the next phase for more of our 32-window house.
