I'm on my 3rd Aries Spa (we've moved twice). I'm really pleased. I've had this one over 8 years, still runs like a top. Out of all 3, I had only a couple of minor service issues and each was handled quickly. All were under warranty, and never any hassles about it. I'm thinking of selling mine on craigslist and getting a new one, only because the new models have even more jets and power than my old one (and they have one with awesome lights and stereo that looks really romantic!)
