I hired Imperfect Lawns to cut my grass- realy easy job so no complaints there. It's the lack of customer service and crappy billing system that brings the one star rating. I discontinued service when I moved.Several months later I received an invoice from them. I called right away to find out what was going on and they offered a call back after they researched my file. I NEVER got a return call. Instead, I got served papers that I WAS BEING SUED. \r

Apparantly their billing system has a LOT OF ISSUES that led to this unexpected invoice- come to find out it really was due and in addition to the service amount they also wanted $4 each month for late fees- months they never even sent me a bill!\r

I would never refer this business to anyone, not even an enemy. There is nothing worse than trying to resolve a billing issue and getting sued before even getting an explanation of what was happeneing.
