This particular Barnes and Noble was okay it was very confusing to find things I was looking for, the staff was very unhelpful abd rude. I was looking around for a particular book for about 30 minutes and no one asked if they could help me find something so fianally I asked some one that worked there to help me find what I was looking for and she acted like I was wasteing her time. I was very dissapointed at the customer service at this Barnes and Noble.
PROS: Great book selection, a lot of books on sale
CONS: customer serice could have been a lot better
