I purchased 3 yards of 'screened' topsoil to fill low spots in my lawn and to topdress it. The people were very friendly, very prompt, and delivery was cheap. However, the topsoil was not the bargain it seemed. It contained a lot of rocks, twigs, and even broken glass. I had to screen it myself before I could use it, and I ended up discarding almost half of the pile. Thus, it cost me over $70/yard for usable material (and a LOT of labor)
