To achieve this goal, Gary has gathered various culinary talent who have the experience to deliver the industry's finest cuisines. Just as young American chefs have progressed American cuisine, Gary Sikka and his team's dynamic culinary ideas bring to life the tastes and flavors so uniquely crafted that it spearheads an exciting fresh approach to Indo-Asian fusion cooking. The extensive choices form an a-la-carte menu caters to all tastes ranging from vegetarian to special healthy diets.
