DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!. Very poor customer service, they did my alignment THEN told me I needed parts, so now I have to get the parts, pay for someone to fix it, then pay for another alignment and probably get new front tires since they are rubbing now since they did a normal alignment but with the bent arm it rubs - my car wont even turn left unless I do a very wide turn. I called and got into it with the manager or so he says he is - he hung up on me after he told me to bring the car in and they will look at it and tell me what is wrong - even though 1- I already know and 2- they already told me AFTER taking my money and doing the work, I told him I would bring it but was not paying and he told me ""then do not bring it!"" and hung up. Very rude & unprofessional
