Andrew Homes claims to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, our numerous interactions with them has proven otherwise. Len, the owner, says, "...we really feel its our home forever. We want to maintain a personal relationship with each customer." He also says, "In fact, we keep track of second and third owners of homes weve built, and add their names to our computer database."
My family has not found Len's statements to be truthful. We have experienced a number of problems with our Andrew Home, i.e., electricity, insulation, plumbing, driveway, radon. Almost every time that we've reached out to the company, we have received poor, if not awful, customer service. I began mentioning some of these issues to surrounding neighbors and friends and have found that the majority of them have only negative feedback regarding their interactions with Andrew Homes. Buyer Beware!
