I brought my car here for an oil change/tire rotation. Prior to dropping my car off, I marked each of my tires to see if they would actually rotate them. After they had finished with my car, I asked the manager if my tires had been rotated. He assured me they had been, and yet when I checked my tires, they clearly had not been. When I confronted the manager, he denied the allegation. I am very disappointed and will never return to Monro and hope that this dishonesty will catch up with them.
