Convenient location to the metro, only a 15 min walk. Most people living here are young and they allow pets (with a fee). The buildings are quite old and are on the pricey side for what you get. I live in a 2 bedroom with a den so for 3 people the price isn't bad! The leasing building is awesome with a small viewing theater, game room, bar, shuffle board, pool tables, and small gym. The staff is excellent and attentive to your needs. I have had some problems with unwanted guests but Orkin is very responsive and reliable. This is my first place out of college so compared to dorm life it isn't bad but I wouldn't recommend it for people used to newer buildings and appliances.
