My prior experience matched the other two reviews. Not this year.\r \r This year I took a Nissan there for alignment and balancing and got back a car that shook violently. Didn't shake before I took it in. They said it was probably a bent rim, and as long as it was on the back it didn't matter. Around the same time I took a minivan in for a tuneup, and two days later the head cracked. They said it was just a head gasket, but when I crawled underneath the head was visibly cracked. They said it was because I was low on radiator fluid, and they didn't check fluid levels during a tuneup (even though they told me they did before I took it in).\r \r Let's see... that's two cars worse off within days of Redwood General working on them. One of those cars had to be hauled off and thrown away. Maybe that's a coincidence.\r \r Oh, one more thing: They won't give road hazard coverage on low profile tires (for my NEW car), and Costco's prices are lower with road hazard and lifetime repair/rebalancing inc
