***Wow****We have been on a waiting list for a Prius locally (Lansing MI) for about 6 months. We have 500.00 invested for this waiting list and are still getting a run around.My mother in law called Ross Murphy at Gatorland and we will have our car in two weeks. Unbelievable. Ryan Fisher the sales manager called and confirmed this transaction. Both of these employees were wonderful. If you live in FL this is the place to go for your car purchase. I am so impressed. It is not just the fact we can get our car but the followup from Ryan and Ross that makes it comfortable. They returned calls and made certain that we were informed of all the details of the transaction. This is more that we have ever received from a car dealership.We are not affiliated with Gatorland nor do we know Ryan or Ross. We just know that they have provided a service above and beyond what we have experienced in the past. Please consider this dealership when looking for a car. We think it will be worth your effort.

had a probblem with a used dodge that i bought off the internet at another dealer, went to that dealer and they didnt care, they said they dont fix dodges and i should go to the local dodge dealer where i live, so i did and they did a good job, they fixed the probblem, and even one of the salesman there answered some of my questions, even though i didnt buy it from them, but i will buy from them next time

This dealership is a no pressure, hands off type dealership. They have a nice selection of pre-owned cars, mostly cars with leather and special upgrades. Sometimes it may even be difficult to find someone to help you! Not sure how competitive their trade in values are, but their prices seemed to be good, fair prices.

I would definitely purchase another car at Wade Raulerson Honda. I bought a new civic there a few years ago and the sales personnel was great. They even let us test drive a car by ourselves (that was a first for me). They gave us a very fair price for our trade in and a good deal for the new car we purchased. Overall it was a great experience.

My father has long dealt with Tomlinson Motors and now over 6 years, I have purchased 3 cars there and am very satisfied with the honest, reliable, great customer service. They stand behind their vehicles and they only keep the good ones in stock! I drive from out of town and will continue to do so. I meet a lot of long-term loyal customers in their salesroom -- that says it all!

My second car was bought from Wade Raulerson Honda. They provides repair service for the cars they sold. They charge me $70 for the circuit defect of the odometer. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it out in the afternoon. Super fast.

I went to Hyundai Gainesville to get a car. They sold me a brand new 2005 car a few months ago with many promises of what it would do as far as gas goes etc. They said it was all "dressed up" with all the options etc. I hate the car. When they say all the options there are MANY things that ate not included. There is only one power seat. There is no remote access to the trunk. There is no bypass switch for the alarm. DONT GO THERE!!

I have to admit that this is absolutely the worst business I've ever had to deal with in every way in my entire 50+ years! All reviews are factual and true, during my many visits for repairs I have witnessed this first hand and have been the victim on more occasions than I care to mention. Saying All Pros customer service is bad leaves the impression that there may be some minute aspect that deserves recognition, nope - customer service is non-existent at All Pro Imports in Gainesville, Fl and has been for the past 3+ years from my experience.The owner mentions in his newsletter that his main objective is to have his customers 100% satisfied; he really has his work cut out for him. My suggestion is that they survey all owners in the area (yes, they have our contact info) and take a long hard look at the reality of the situation - they need to clean house and start fresh, you know the old saying, you can't teach and old dog news tricks. The customer reps in the service area of VW are the most condescending group of individuals I have ever encountered, and they lie constantly! They have most likely inherited all the issues that have been plaguing this dealership for years, but you know what - get a grip, smile (no your face won't crack) and treat people with the dignity and respect that they deserve. We are paying your salaries you know! My suggestion - go somewhere else - anywhere else. I don't plan on providing funds for their upcoming new location any longer.Pathetic -that's the best description of this business posted.

I have bought a lot of used cars, but none of them compare to my experience at Florida Auto Brokers. They were extremely helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. They had the car I was looking for and it was thousands cheaper than anywhere else in town and in other towns for that matter. There was no pressure, they actually encouraged me to think about my purchase and made sure that I was making a good decision. The guys at Florida Auto Brokers were a tremendous help for me this time and I know that I will never buy a car anywhere else.
