I have been a customer of Holly Tree Family Practice for over 10 years and have not had any issues with their accounting, appointments out of the ordinary. In fact I have not experienced a single problem unlike another reviewer. Of course you do end up waiting some after the scheduled time if you don't get one of the first appointments. I know my doctor is more than patient to sit and explain things to me which is why later appointments tend to run a little late from time to time. Having said that about an hour is the most I ever had to wait and that was doing a basic walk in (which still requires you to call ahead and get a time to come in). \r

My experience with them has been quite pleasant and although I have a regular doctor I also sometimes see the other doctors in the practice if it is my doctors day off. Being 50 years old, I have seen my share of doctors offices and this one is honestly the best I have ever had.
Pros: Nice friendly people and prompt service at the front desk or when paying
Cons: Somewhat limited parking.
