Review content:
In any medical practice, we as patients and parents of a patient want our doctors to be capable of good medicine, good communication, and good follow-up. However, I have found you can have those three in the doctor and still be dissatisfied with the practice. We have had two appointments with this practice. The support staff, as well as the triage nurses, were not professional in business practice or considerate in their personal interactions. As such it did not instill confidence in the medical practices ability to care for my children. If you are not prepared to have strict oversight in everything they do, keep looking. BTW - Dr Raja has a much better bedside manner than the other doctor.
Pros: Dr Raja was very nice and informative listens well and is a good communicator.
Cons: Dr Schlichtemeier is curt in her bed side manner and interrupts you when trying to talk.
