I had the pleasure of dealing with R T Grim's staff.\r
I researched the cd player I needed to replace and called them for an exchange model for my 2006 explorer. A fellow by the name of Keith helped me tremendously in getting the correct model and even called back to make sure I wouldn""t have to program the stereo for the install. They were vwery professional and excellent to work with. \r

I will be going back for them to install a remote starter on both of my vehicles soon, because I trust they have the compitence and know how to do it right.\r
I reccomed this company to anyone in need of good service.
