Be very careful when dealing with Dr. Wendy K. Byrnes , DVM. She will quote a price of care with your pet and then doesn't inform you that the care will cost more. Then she goes ahead and does work on your pet and when you go to pick your pet up the cost is a couple hundred dollars more than what she quoted you. I was grateful they got my pet in right away with his emergency situation but my pet got worse, continued bleeding and wouldn't eat ANYTHING whatsoever for a week and then passed away. We discussed the situation with the vet and asked for a refund on the extra 200 she charged us and she just said she was sorry and hung up on us. Our family always dealt with the other vets at this clinic for almost 20 yrs and never ran into a vet like her. Make sure you get any dealings with her on paper before letting her treat your pet because she doesn't honor verbal estimates.\r
