I absolutely hate dealing with service companies. I think they re all ridiculously priced, and they always try to sell you more than you need. Well this time was different. I called Indoor Comfort Specialists when my a/c quit. Both my salesman and my service technician were awesome. Polite, courteous, very knowledgeable, and I wasn't afraid to allow them into my home (like some other companies people)! I am a firm believer in the philosophy of, you get what you pay for. I didn't mind paying a little more than the other companies for the service I have received. I would definitely refer them to anyone. Thanks, Indoor Comfort Specialists, for showing me that not all service companies are bad!
