Review content:
How would you feel after a 70 minute wait on your initial consultation meeting and never seeing the doctor? \r \r Very unimpressed. After 70 minutes, I left without ever seeing the doctor. I had confirmed the appointment the day prior when I received both their offices email and text messages, however when I received a call from Valerie at Dr. Hackney’s office the next day I was told “ I was the reason” for not getting into see the doc because they require I call them to confirm their appointment not just respond to their outreach via email and text. Valerie also indicated that I was to blame again for not being seen because I had declined to provide a copy of my drivers license to them. I had politely declined because I was there for a consultation, my initial visit, and hadn’t even decided to secure Dr. Hackney’s services yet. Being the victim of identify theft in the past I protect my personal info carefully and would have provided any/all information to them upon contacting of services. Valerie, indicated that they declined setting up any further appointments because I was an undesirable patient for them. \r \r This Doctor is suppose to be one of the best? Only if you can wait all afternoon for him and tolerate rude manners from an office and staff that have a fowl attitude and feel perfectly entitled to treat you as an inconvenience. \r \r Perhaps Dr. Hackney and his staff forget we do have choices in the market place. I really don’t think leaving after a 70 minute wait was unreasonable on my part.\r \r Find someone else who respects you from the very beginning of the doctor – patient relationship. This isn’t the doctor. \r
