Have to admit when i find a dish that is the best i've tasted i tend to stick with it especially at a restaurant i do not get to very often. Los Cucos fajitas are the best. They actually caramelize the onions unlike most places where the menu says caramelized but the chef is too lazy. The platter that carries the sizzling meat includes the onions, peppers & tomatoes that have been cooked properly and add to the meat's flavor. The meat is good, plenty of it. The sides are fresh and tasty. I have no idea about the rest of the menu. I have always had good service.
Pros: best fajitas
Cons: sometimes very busy
