Businiess name:  Global Restaurant

We've been to Global a couple of times, and the service is great, especially the bartender. For the most part, we have enjoyed the food, except for one time my wife's pasta tasted like dishwasher detergent, but stuff happens. \r \r This is another example of a restaurant that is trying to get the maximum amount of money they can for each dish they prepare. If restaurants like this only realized, that instead of offering $15-25 dishes, but rather $10-15 dishes, they would actually make more money. Not only would they see more people come through the door, but they would also get more word of mouth. Plus, with every person you seat, that is just that much more money you make on drinks, etc. This is why a lot of restaurants tank. They try to get as much as they can. \r \r Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but the value isn't. Not to mention the location is horrible. It's in the back of a business park away from the retail center, so unless you get a glimpse of one of his signs or someone tells you about the place, you'll never see it. Pros: Service and ambience Cons: Value and location
