The hardest thing about the Car Care Center is getting to it. It’s a little tricky to find, but it’s well worth the trip for one thing: timing belt. If you need a new timing belt, they have a great spring sale. Other than that, they are good for giving you a free estimate on what exactly needs to be done. Then, you can take the care somewhere cheaper to actually get the work done. Bill Hamm is the owner, and he is one heck of a nature photographer. Inside his small office, you will see pictures of ducks, and moths, and polar bears, and eagles that are breathtaking.
Bill himself is a straightforward easy going guy who knows a lot about cars. Unfortunately, you want to make sure you bring along a second person in a second car because there’s really nothing to do and you’re stranded in the middle of nowhere while you wait for him to fix your car. Aside from that, I recommend the Car Care Center for the diagnosis, and aside from the timing belt, I recommend other cheaper shops for the cure.

I've been taking my cars to Juan for over 5 years and have been greatly impressed with his and his team's work. He never tries to sell you unnecessary or marginally necessary work and delivers your car promptly at very reasonable prices. I'm sure that because of Juan's honesty I have saved tons of money over the years. I hope he keeps up the good work and excellent interactions with his customers for a long time. I'll be sticking around for sure.

So far i have had noting but good things to say about VOB, i hope it continues! I would just like to say each time i go to VOB in Rockville MD i have a pleasant experience.
I would really like to give an complement to the Service Dept and credit goes to Perdita Coleman a Service Dept Scheduler , she is a very nice pleasant person, she made my experience at the Service Dept easy i wish more people were like her, she is awesome!!!!!

This is a pretty good shop to get your car repaired or have routine maintenance performed on your car. They provide consistently good service and have a friendly no-nonsense staff. They are located on Rockville Pike just north of downtown Rockville and the Rockville metro station. They sometimes have special deals on tires or services. Overall, they are a good place to go. There are other places along Rockville Pike and on Randolph Road that you can compare, so i would check a few places out if you have time. But if you don't, then I would recommend you check this place out. They are very knowledgeable and can fix most problems.

Royal Glass is very fast and reliable. I had my car windshield replaced twice. They even offer mobile to mobile service. They actually come to your home or work place and do your windshield right there in less than a half an hour. I had a nick on my windshield and they were able to come to my work and fix it so quickly less than a half an hour. You can also get deals off their website too

Sorry for all you folks who don't drive Hondas or Acuras, but Motor Works won't work on your car! And that is a shame, because these folks are the BEST ever in car repair. They are technically expert, scrupulously honest, and honestly care about their customers and their incividual needs.
Greg Skolnik, the owner, sets the tone for his business by treating his employees with respect and fairness, and they treat the customers the same way.
They can find and fix problems that even the Honda dealers cannot figure out. In the last ten years, I have never had a single problem with any repair they've done.
I really appreciate the fact that they take care of my car as if it was one of their own! I drove my car there recently immediately after being in an accident, and they had the body shop giving them an estimate and a car rental guy there to pick me up before I'd finished talking to the insurance folks.
With their regularly scheduled maintenance catching problems before they happen, I have only broken down on the road once -- and that was 48 hours before I was to bring it in for it's scheduled tuneup. I was the one who was late, if I had been on time, I could have avoided the towing fees!

I've been going to this repair shop for 5 years and no complains. I don't think they would rip you off than a regular dealer. They are pretty upfront and honest and gives you a list of recommendations. They specialize in toyotas but I've seen other type of cars there. The gentlemen, Mike is a sweetheart and gives you suggestions and they can drive you to the metro.

I went to auto experts to get an alarm and remote starter installed in my car, it was a great experience. The AE staff was very knowledgeable about all of there products and helped me pick the perfect alarm for my car and price range. Not once did they try to force the most expensive alarm on me, actually they suggested one of the cheaper ones. The install took less than 4 hrs and afterwards the installer sat with me and showed me every feature of my new alarm and remote starter. I will send me business there way every time I have a automotive need.

I once had a dent in my car that I never thought could be fully repaired. A friend of mine told me about Imperial and I went immediately. The manager was the main person there and he was very confident that the dent could be taken care of completely. And true to his words there was no trace of the dent! They always give me great deals and its worth driving so far to get the car fixed. These people are great. I would always go here!
