If you don't have VSP they'll give you the run around on insurance. First they tried to claim that they didn't think I had coverage (which of course I did), and now they are sitting on $100 of my money until their bi-monthly reimbursement. Then they told me after the fact that they don't bill anyone but VSP or Davis for contacts and glasses, which was exactly the opposite I was told at the front desk. Of course, their billing department just gives stock lines to cover their butt. \r \r Anyway, the doctors are good and everyone is friendly, but they are too characteristic of the medical industry which likes to conceal any out-of-pocket costs until after you are stuck. I liked Dr. Shelley but from now on I'm going to go somewhere else. Pros: Competent doctors; nice building and parking Cons: Employees mislead you about what insurance will cover; they add extras that up your out-of-pocket; slow service
