Review content:
Got the Matco Service name out of Shepherds Guide, a guide for advertising a Christian business. Called and explained problem and asked for bid. Two other companies had bid to repair my problem at almost $1,000 dollars. Jeff came by, looked at my unit and said that there was an easy fix and that he would be done in less than 30 minutes. There was a broken fitting on the end of my evaporator unit and the main drain into my home sewer line as broken. Water was dripping into my emergency pan. Jeff tilted my evaporator housing the other way, reconnected the plumbing into my home sewer system and all is great. Jeff could have quoted me the same almost $1,000 as the others, but, no.... Jeff fixed my problem for an extremely reasonable price, less than 15% of the other quotes, and was done in about 20 minutes. It was great to work with a man having such integrity. Jeff could have told me that the entire evaporator needed to be replaced like the others.... Instead, he got up into my hot attic during the middle of the day and did the right thing. I would recommend Jeff to anyone, will recommend him to anyone that ask me about AC service, and will definitely use him again.
