Saddleback Women's Medical Group and Dr. Julie Kim are simply business people. They are not responsible care givers. If you are considering any care at Saddleback Women's Medical Group, please visit the waiting room for an hour, during a normal business day. You will see that they fill the waiting room with far too many patients, all of whom are waiting for at-least an hour after their scheduled appointment time, to see the doctor. They normally cannot schedule an appointment within less than 30 days, and even in the case of emergencies, Dr Julie Kim waits several days to return phone calls. However, that is not the worst of it. Being busy is not necessarily irresponsible, but Dr. Julie Kim is so busy that she forgot to prepare prescriptions for me, prior to a surgery, admitted that she forgot, and then hastily changed her story to state that prescriptions were not needed. Dr. Julie Kim is so busy that she missed my appointment to follow-up post surgery, and never even called, despite the fact that I called her office several times. It’s very clear that Saddleback Women's Medical Group and Dr. Julie Kim purposely established a phone system of gatekeepers, to insulate them from the patients in-need , so they can continue to cash-in on patients who have not yet realized that Saddleback Women's Medical Group and Dr. Julie Kim only care about the money, are focused on processing more patients than they can handle, and couldn’t care less about their patients’ well being or their own relationship with the patients.
