Review content:
The main problem with this place is the staff is very unfriendly and inattentive to customer needs. I recently phoned in an order and was told I could only get a pepperoni calzone with spinach although I've had just pepperoni in the past. On another visit the cook put dill all over the alfredo sauce which is disgusting. I complained and was told it is always in the sauce even though I've been eating there for four years and never had dill in it before. The women answering the phone argued with me rather than treating me like a paying customer. I will never do business with this place again. There are much better places to go in the drag area of Austin that have good customer service. They also skimp on the sauces and toppings on their dishes to save money. For instance, the calzones have very little cheese and stuff inside them.
