This doctor is kind and was convenient to my area. Howwever, his entire staff are young and rude. I mean REALLY RUDE!! I made an appointment at for Thurs. at 10am on Wed. at 4pm. I told them I may not be able to make it and they said ""we will put you down anyway"". Not one to stand someone up... I called to cancel. The girl was so nasty she said before I was allowed to make another appt I owed them $30 for cancelling. I said, ""I told you there was a good chance I wouldn't make it!"" She said, ""oh well"". So I got angry and said I would rather changed doctors. I cooled down a week later and still needed to be seen. Called for an appt only to be told that I wasn't welcome and they noted in the computer that I changed primary physicians. I said I did no such thing, I was angry, and I need to be seen. Sorry... shove off was my answer. AVOID THESE FOLKS.
