I did not find any of the problems mentioned by others here. I was greeted warmly by the front desk person who took my coat and then led back to the waiting area where she explained the procedures before she took me to the changing area, got me my sandals and robe and offered me something to drink and told me to come to the waiting areawhen I was ready, which was comfortable, and semi private with low lighting and comfy chairs. I had a complimentary aromatic foot soak while I filled out the medical form and my massuese arrived right on time for my appt. She, Sarah, was great, very professional and friendly after my massage I changed and was taken immediately to my hair stylist , who was also great. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.
