His addresses he puts are bogus. The only location for this number is Kemah which is why the delivery charge is so much! Very misleading. He brought the machine 6 hours later than originally promised. It was 70 degrees outside and it took one side over 3 hours to freeze and the other side didn't freeze until after all our guests have left. We tried calling the emergency number within 2 hours after drop off and when he finally called us back he just insulted us and gave excuse after excuse and said it was our fault it was not working. All the positive reviews on here are from his friends and family and you can tell my the names given. Do not waste your time or money with this man!!
