A mid-town bar, in the midst of Tourist Hell... but it manages to stay unassuming, friendly, and reasonable (for the area). Guinness, Harp, the usual Irish fare on tap. Helpful waitresses with authentic Irish brogues, decent food with 5-appetizer platter choices, and what more could you want? \r \r Two levels: upstairs they don't mind you shifting tables a bit to accommodate your group. Downstairs seating is more limited. Warning: Upstairs closes around midnight, so if you're a big group planning late-night drinking, this might not be the place. Otherwise, this is a fine watering hole in the midst of an area you might want to might not want to find yourself.. especially on holidays.\r -- Drink Club NYC is a roving international group of NYC drinkers
