Are you a woman (or a man) who has felt a little out of her element when she had to go to her mechanic? Are you tired of feeling vaguely screwed by your mechanic? And, not in a good way.
Then, listen here. The friendly folks at West Chapel Auto are here to ease your auto anxiety.
My car broke down over the weekend, when they were closed. They returned my phone call before 8 am Monday to say they could do the work THAT DAY.
When I drove my ailing car into the garage, I walked in on a conversation between the mechanic and an older woman getting ready to drive to New York in her newly repaired car. From the conversation, I gleened two things: First, this woman loved them. Second, the mechanic was a respectful guy.
I left my car there, and before noon they'd called me with a full breakdown of all that they'd found, what it would cost and a promise they could be done by 6 p.m. that day.
It was a fast, friendly, and efficient experience. Can I get an amen?

I recently needed to get a lot of work done on my chevy truck and went looking for a place to take it. After some searching and speaking with collegues, i decided to take my truck to Trio Tire. First, let me say that the guys there are extremely nice and friendly. I told them what I needed done and they said there was no problem. He explained to me that other parts of my truck were more prone to wear with the parts that were already worn and they would give me a call if they ran in to any problems. The did call me half way through and reccomend that I replace a couple of other parts while they were in there and gave me a price. I went for it. They are very trust worthy guys who know what they are talking about. Not once did I ever get discouraged. Overall, I had a very good experience there and will continue to return there for future services. THANKS TRIO TIRE!!!!

Normally I would not want to clean my own car but I was desperate. It wa so easy with all the supplies they had and it took no time at all. I was so impressed I even picked up some of the car products they sell. Everything was so update and I had no problems at all. I will continue washing my own car. It is a very good price too.

I had an electrical problem because my light would always come on. I was really hoping someone could help me! And they did. I have an older car so it did take some time to get to the issue but it was fixed because the light never came on again. It was hard for me to pick up my car when it was done because my husband is very busy. They were so nice and held my car until i could pick it up. I paid under 200 dollars for the work the cheapest ever. I am so grateful

I came across this place when I was looking for a place to take my car to. I wish i had never walked in the door. After my car was serviced with them, it ended up having more problems than it did before. I took it to someone else and they told me that the mechanics here, had tampered with my car. Beware if you go here because in my case, they were out to make more money.

I bought my used car here and the experience there was just wonderful. Not only was the car salesman who helped me was perfect, I think the whole dealership was great. My car salesman was informative, courteous, friendly, warm, cared about my concerns, offered help - he was just awesome! I got my car at a good price and when I took the car home and found out a few parts of my car not perfect, I called back and he was very willing to fix the problem in no time! Since car salesmen (esp. used ones) in general have bad reputation for trying to rip you off, I was on guard throughout the whole process, it wasn't until the end that I realized just how honest and genuine my car salesman was. I was very pleased with every aspect of the trasaction.
What's more, months later after I bought my car, I received fresh flowers from the dealership on my birthday, and they asked how my car was and if I have any problems (the answer to which was no).
Their mottos is If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied., and with them, they actually mean it!
If I were to buy another used car, I'd definitely check there first.
PROS: Great everything!
CONS: Not even one little one.
