As a Columbia professor I always come in contact with a lot of people and students. I did not clean my area rugs in more than ten years. I finally called this company up, and from the moment they answered my phone call until they finished the cleaning job, they were very professional and neat in appearance. I feel that I was dealt with honestly, which is truly hard to find in a company. The best part of the experience was how clean the area rugs looked and felt. I feel safe and comfortable about letting my children play on it. I will recommend Eco Carpet Service to all of my family and friends.
