After having a couple good experiences, I made the mistake of recommending this shop to my mother. Big mistake! After they convinced her to purchase more expensive tires then she had quotes for from the online Firestone site, they took almost 4 hours to install - kept claiming the tires would be delivered any minute. On top of that they broke the tire pressure sensor (it ended up costing her over $200 at the dealership to get it fixed). Beware.
