I was looking for an engagement ring to give to my girlfriend and was about to cry. I hadn't been ""jerked"" around this much since I was shopping for a used car. In fact the chain stores all made me feel like I WAS shopping for a used car and the guy who said he was ""MY FRIEND IN THE DIAMOND BUSINESS"" was anything but a friend. In fact with friends like him who needs enemies. Needless to say I was a little skeptical about going into Genesis Diamonds but the experience was FANTASTIC!!!! My salesman's name was Robbie and he was the first person all day who actually talked WITH me not AT me. He explained to me, in terms I could understand, the difference in quality of diamonds. Needless to say I purchased there and could not be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone......
