Review content:
I contacted the Placer County health department in auburn. There was never such a situation. I asked if a cat was found in the freezer by past owners. The health department informed me that there was never such a case that they had to make Sum's close their restaurant. Until someone shows me legitimate proof of such a case I guess I'll still be eating there.
