I agree with the other reviewer for poor customer service and we had a somewhat similar experience . We called and had the initial meet. Everything looked promising but then we never heard back. I would call and leave messages to get status and never get a call back. Finally I got 1 call back and then I waited some more. I never knew if they were actually going to do the job or not. There were no courtesy calls to indicate progress or delays, etc. He shouldn't have taken the job if he didn't find the job to be of $ value for him. Almost 4 months went by in this little charade and we had no design and we already missed the planting season, . Finally I called to cancel the job with Kevin Wood Landscapes and now we are working with another company.
Pros: nothing
Cons: poor customer service, lack of responding
