I have been going to this salon for years and over the past year the service has become unacceptable. Jesse is a very talented hair stylist however out of 4 appointments I have made he has been unable to show up for 3 of them. I schedule at least a week in advance for a Saturday appointment (I go every 2-3 months for highlights and a haircut) and it never fails I get a call about 10-15 minutes before my scheduled time and am advised that they had to cancel because Jesse is not coming in for the day. I have given this salon far too many chances and regardless of the job they do I can't continue to give money to a business that does not think my time is important. Beyond that they do little to make up for the constant missed appointments which is poor customer service. I would not recommend this salon because they just don't seem to care about their customers anymore.
