After spending hundreds of $s at Ban Rep for Christmas gifts, we found 1 item which needed to be returned. Not able to get to the store until recently (long hours on my job, etc), i finally was able to get to the store to return the item. They would not accept the return, for which I had recipts and tags still on the merchandise. I have never been refused a return of a Christmeas purchase in the month of January. This is trully a third rate orgianization - must be having financial difficulty to treat customers so poorly.
