WE HAD A WATER TANK INSTALLED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND FOUND OUT LATER WE HAD PAID NEARLY TWICE THE GOING RATE. THE PILOT LIGHT WENT OUT THE OTHER DAY AND CALLED THEM BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IF SOMETHING WERE WRONG THAT THEY SHOULD COVER SINCE THEY INSTALLED. THE REPAIRMAN TOLD ME A BUNCH OF BUNK ABOUT DIRT GETTING INTO THE LINES AND WANTED TO CHARGE OVER $200 TO ""CLEAN IT."" I REFUSED AND THEN JUST STARTED THE PILOT LIGHT MYSELF. BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE. JUST AS A BACK UP, I HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER LOOK AT IT AND HE SAID IT WAS FINE. NO REASON TO DO ANYTHING TO IT. SOMETIMES A DRAFT WILL BLOW OUT THE PILOT LIGHT. WHAT A POTENTIAL RIP OFF FROM BAILEY PLUMBING!!!
