owner did fitting for me. I did leave with a bra. Three hours later I was ripping it off. Worst bra I have ever worn. I called to ask if there were any exceptions to her return policy. She said, too bad, I was happy when I left. She was rude on the phone. I told her that I would be sure to tell others of my experience with her customer service. She said THATS OK, IM SURE EVERYONE THAT KNOWS YOU KNOWS WHAT YOUR LIKE, AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! Not only was I not rude, I had been hoping for a peaceful solution. I am not only a very nice person to do business with, I am also a business owner and know the value of good customer service. I will never get near her shop again. I hope that she learns the value of her customers.
