I have taken my 2-year old Pilot in on two separate occasions--one within warranty and one outside the warranty period. Both experiences were poor. They did not provide a loaner car either time. \r \r The first time I asked them to complete 3 different repairs to the car under warranty. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours because they did not have a loaner car for me--only to find out at the end of the time that they were not able to complete any of the 3 requests on the car because they had not ordered all the parts to succesfully repair any of them! I needed to schedule another visit for these repairs and again had to take off from work because they continued not to offer a loaner car! \r \r The second visit to the dealership was when my radio stopped working on a 2-year old Pilot with 48K miles--I again sat in the waiting room for close to 2 hours for them to tell me it was broken and they could do nothing about it but install a new radio for over $950! I declined the service because obviously their radios are not well constructed if they only last 2 years, and the cost was unbelievable. I found it hard to believe they wouldn't help a consumer with a relatively new car with obviously a shoddy radio!\r \r Definitely would look at other Honda dealers to buy from the next time!
