Review content:
A customer of Flipnotics coffee and clothes for many years, I was disapointed to find their dismissive attitude when I tried to return a pair of sunglasses that were cracked , purchased just a couple days before. Not only would they not let me return them, or give me store credit, but the salesgirl actually told me ""Sunglasses are non -refundable because we know that they break"". Its pretty insulting as the loyal customer to hear that Flipnotics knowingly sells products that they know are of bad quality and that they even openly acknowledge it should be embaressing for their business. The fact is, they were just a pair of 20 dollar sunglasses, not a huge expense. But the ditached and condecending way that they delt with the situation makes me question how often ill go back. As in alot of situations, its not the content here, its the context.
Pros: Some cute clothes
Cons: Overpriced, bad customer service
