I love Borders. I've always felt comfortable in every Border's store I've been to. The staff is well trained & really great coffee beverages are available. Its a great place to locate unusual CD's, even though they are bit pricy. However, I rather pay a few extra bucks for music than drive across the street to Best Buy.
Pros: well trained staff/large selection/easy to order
Cons: CDs & DVDs are priced higher than most other stores
