Review content:
I took a pair of Gucci sneakers here with a scuff mark on them. I asked if he could repair them and what exactly would be done. Without answering my questions he took the shoe in the back and told me to come back in an hour. I told him that if they repair would not be subtle to please not do anything...again he semi-cut me off and jjust said ""ahh i'll take care of it don't worry"" I told him they were VERY expensive (525 dollars)..He said ""I understand/"" I came back to pick them up and it looked like someone just took a nail-polish brush and painted over the scuff with a color that really did not even match. I looked at them with disbelief that my shoes were ruined..all he had to say was ""it look better than before"" which was NOT true because it went from a semi subtle scuff to a huge, brush stroke laden, non matching section. DO not expect good service here!
Pros: nothing!
Cons: lack luster repair and they don't care
